Inside Sales Agent (Offshore)


Full Job Description

The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is responsible for prospecting for new clients, cultivating client relationships, setting client appointments, and managing all leads within the contact management database. Calls are made each day to reach potential clients, obtain the necessary information to qualify them for an appointment, and schedule meetings with the listing and/or buyer specialist.

The person in this position needs to have a friendly demeanor, positive attitude, be self disciplined and adaptable to change. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask in stressful situations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients by calling on:
  • Expireds/FSBOs
  • Buyers
  • Sphere of Influence
  • Past Clients/Database
  • Just Listed/Just Sold
  • Open Houses
  • Call Past Clients for referrals
  • Practice all scripts at least 3 hours per week
  • Conduct 10 to 20 hours of lead follow up per week
  • Manage contact database system
  • Attend training/coaching sessions and establish daily role-play partners
  • Track Weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks


  • Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Creative Content Creation: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Must be familiar with FB ads, Google, SEO, Canva and Animoto
  •  Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
  •  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
  •  Tech savvy: familiar with general marketing platforms and current trends
  •  Demonstrates strong time management, customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  •  Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and basic web-based applications
  •  A sense of aesthetics and graphic design capabilities
  •  Personable with a sense of humor
  •  Excited to tackle existing projects as well as come up with new ones where they see fit
  •  Experience in videography or media production (preferred)
  •  A familiarity with real estate is a plus
  •  A student working towards a Bachelor or Masters in Marketing / Digital Media / Data
